ALL DISH WARE MUST BE CLEANED IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER: 1) 1ST BAY - HOT, CLEAN SOAP WATER AT 110F OR HIGHER, 2) 2ND BAY - HOT, CLEAN WATER, 3) 3RD BAY - CLEAN SANITIZER WATER, 4) AIR DRY. PLEASE WASH ALL DISHWARE/UTENSILS IN THE ABOVE MANNER TO PREVENT ANY CROSS CONTAMINATION. JUST DIPPING UTENSILS IN SANITIZER CONCENTRATION IS CONSIDERED TOXIC AND CAN CAUSE HARM WHEN CONSUMED.
